Texas County Spearheads “Community Impact Ministry” Initiative

On February 8, 2023, Collin County Citizens Defending Freedom (CCDF-Collin) hosted their first “Community Impact Ministry” event. This meeting was a great success with over fifty people from around the county in attendance. Tara Schulte, Executive Director for CCDF-Collin, as well as Shannon Ayres and Roger Wheelock, CCDF-Collin’s Education and Faith Leaders, educated the community on the importance of igniting the church and shining the light on a darkened world. Many in attendance were shocked to learn of the corruption occurring within their county and school districts yet were encouraged to become engaged and no longer remain silent.

County Citizens Defending Freedom’s (CCDF-USA) mission is to win back our Nation, one county at a time, and CCDF-Collin is working to help accomplish that mission. They are focused on motivating three to five churches in each school district to start their own “Community Impact Ministry” and bring back biblical values by participating in civic duties within their communities. As radio host and author Eric Metaxas says in his book Letter to the American Church, “Silence in the face of evil is itself evil. Not to speak, is to speak. Not to act, is to act. God will not hold us guiltless.”
