CCDF-Nueces Hosts “Thanks for Giving” Event

Nueces County, TX – Recently, the Nueces County Citizens Defending Freedom (CCDF-Nueces) met with community leaders, dedicated volunteers, and local citizens in Corpus Christi, Texas for their final event of 2022, “Thanks for Giving.” The team highlighted their many accomplishments over the last year, including their collaborations with the Corpus Christi chapter of Moms for Liberty and the Election Integrity Project. Carrie Moore, their Education Division Leader, provided updates on issues involving local independent school districts, and thanked their brave community members who spoke at school board meetings in defense of children and parental rights. As the meeting wound to a close, Colby Wiltse, newly appointed Texas State Director, introduced CCDF-Nueces’ new Faith Division Leader, Mike McFarland and their new Executive Director, Victoria Holland.

The national team at CCDF-USA would like to extend a warm welcome to CCDF-Nueces’ new team members and we are excited to see the work they will accomplish in 2023. Their team would not be successful without the continued support from their dedicated donors and volunteers who have committed their time, knowledge, and finances to support the fight in preserving the America we love, and we want to take a moment to acknowledge and thank them for their faithful support. Keep shining the light.
