Universal OPT-OUT form – Send pages 1 and 2. This form is acceptable in Florida and Georgia.

School Advisory Council (S.A.C.) – A School Advisory Council (SAC) is a team of people representing various segments of the community – parents, business leaders, interested community members, teachers, administrators, support staff, or students. The purpose of a SAC is to assist in the preparation and evaluation of the results of the school improvement plan and to assist the principal with the annual school budget. To join, contact your school principal, or go to your school website. Ask questions prior to a meeting to get them on the agenda. Don’t just listen to school reports. A SAC can influence issues, curriculum, student competency, SEL, surveys, mental health/labels, and more. Remember, community members are welcome on these school councils.
